These terms cover Mario Anghel’s portfolio website, private dashboard, notification API and companion Android app. Questions can be sent through the contact form. Personal information is described in the privacy policy.

Access and permitted use

The portfolio is public. The dashboard, API and Android app are private tools available only to users authorized by the operator. Being able to download the app or view the login page does not grant access. Use the service lawfully and only with accounts, devices and integrations you are authorized to control.

Credentials and content

Keep pairing codes and API keys confidential. Revoke compromised keys promptly and replace expiring keys in connected integrations. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having permission to share any personal information it contains. Do not send unlawful content, spam, malicious code or secrets that should not appear in notifications.

Availability and notification delivery

This is a developing personal service. Features may change or become unavailable. Notifications and expiry reminders can be delayed, duplicated or missed because of network, provider, browser or device restrictions. Do not rely on them as the sole record of a trade, tax deadline, business order or other important event. Check the originating system and maintain your own records.

Website materials and external links

Website branding, code and original content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant a right to redistribute the private app or reuse the branding. Third-party services and linked websites have their own terms and policies. Portfolio information is general information; any paid work is subject to a separate agreement.

Suspension and responsibility

The operator may revoke access or disable integrations to protect the service or discontinue a feature. The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
